Me Saad is responsible for the taxation law department and is a senior associate. Member of the Bar of Beirut (1985), his experience in the field of taxation is only one of his various interests.

A graduate from St.Joseph University’s Faculty of Law, his formation also includes a Bachelor’s of Philosophy from the Lebanese University. Further studies have seen him achieve a Doctorate in business law from the Universit� of Clermont-Ferrand (France) and a Doctorate in fiscal Law from the Ecole Nationale des Imp�ts and the Universit� de Paris (Dauphine).

Secretary General of the Faculty of Law of Universit� Sagesse, he has been a former counselor to the Minister of Hydraulic Resources. He also teaches a course on Comparative Economic European law.

His extensive writings have led to the publication of numerous books on subjects such as sociology, philosophy, culture and law, being a author or co author of many essays and books ( Les Libanais Construisent La Paix 1985; Culture, Religion, Politique Et Reconstruction Du Liban -2 volumes- 1985-1986; Le Droit � La M�moire 1988; La G�n�ration De La Releve 1992).
